What the security model means
Encrypted at rest
Protected vault records and files are designed to remain encrypted while stored.
Explicit authorization
Save, reveal, edit, delete, and sensitive release actions require an authorized vault context.
Clear boundaries
No online system can promise absolute security. Protect your device, keep your PIN private, review trusted-device access, and verify sensitive actions before approving them. Some requested features may use service providers as explained in the privacy policy.
Different features have different privacy boundaries
Encrypted vault content is distinct from public blockchain activity: Assets addresses and transactions are visible on their networks. Issuers and networks can impose transfer restrictions or fees.
Concierge is optional. Known-password exposure checks disclose only a five-character password-hash prefix to Pwned Passwords; local weakness and reuse checks stay on your device. That is a limited exposure check, not full email, file or dark-web monitoring.
Privacy is a shared responsibility
SVaultAI provides encryption and access controls; users remain responsible for safeguarding their PIN, devices, recovery materials, and wallet approvals.
